turns out type hints ARENT POSSIBLE ON 3.10 OR LOWER!!!!!! well, they are.. but only from . so like , etc, and, really, i dont want to change ALL my code just for version compatibility UPGRADE YOUR DAMN PYTHON !!!!!!!!!
